Today's AI has read more than any person ever will. It still knows almost nothing about the person it's talking to.

What we don't do
We don't sort people into visual or auditory learners, personality types or brain types. The evidence for fixed learning styles is weak, and we don't build on it. We observe performance under defined conditions and let the results guide the next decision.
