Welcome to Waysflow. These terms set out the rules for using our website at waysflow.com, including the Journal and the waitlist. We have kept them as plain as we can.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
These terms cover the website only. The Waysflow product is not yet available. When it launches, it will have its own terms.
1. About us
Waysflow is being established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Until its registration is complete, this website is operated by the Waysflow founders ("Waysflow", "we", "us", "our"). Our team works remotely from several countries, including the United Kingdom.

2. Using the website
You may use this website for your own personal purposes and to learn about Waysflow. Please do not:
- Use it in any way that breaks the law, or that is fraudulent or harmful
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems
- Introduce viruses, malware or anything else technically harmful
- Scrape, copy or collect content or data from the website by automated means, including to train AI models, without our written permission
- Interfere with the website's security or with other people's use of it
- Pretend to be Waysflow, or suggest you are connected with us when you are not
We may suspend or restrict the website at any time, for example for maintenance or if these terms are broken.
3. The waitlist ("Join the flow")
When you join the flow, you ask to hear from us about early access, research notes and launch news. You can stop these emails at any time by writing to team@waysflow.com.
Joining the waitlist:
- Is free and does not create a contract for any product or service
- Does not guarantee access to Waysflow, or access at any particular time
- Does not mean the product will include any particular feature
You must be 18 or over to join. Please use a real email address that belongs to you.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your email address.
4. Our content and brand
Everything on this website, including the text, Journal articles, design, graphics, the FlowField artwork, photographs, code, and the Waysflow name and wordmark, belongs to Waysflow or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may:
- View the website and save or print pages for your own reference
- Share links to our pages and Journal articles
- Quote short extracts from the Journal, with clear credit to Waysflow and a link to the original
You may not, without our written permission:
- Copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the website
- Use the Waysflow name, wordmark or artwork in a way that suggests we endorse you
- Change our content and present it as ours

5. The Journal
Our Journal shares our thinking, our approach and what we are learning, for general information only.
- It is not professional, educational, medical, legal or financial advice.
- It may describe work in progress and ideas that change over time.
- Any description of future plans is a statement of intention, not a promise that a product or feature will be released.
6. Things you send us
If you send us ideas or feedback about Waysflow, thank you. We may already be working on similar ideas, and you agree we may use your feedback freely without any obligation to you. This does not give us ownership of anything you have created independently, such as your CV or published work.
Please do not send us confidential information unless we have agreed in writing to keep it confidential.
7. Links to other websites
We may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability
The website is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
9. Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Your legal rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We will update these terms as Waysflow grows, for example when our company registration is complete or our product launches. We will change the date at the top. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
12. General
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the website.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without affecting any mandatory right you have to bring a claim in the country where you live.
